Job Description

6-8 Years only in Sales and KAM in the field of:

- Powertrain Engg. (with prime emphasis on Engine Design ,development and Testing)

- Electrified Powertrain: Electric Vehicle, Battery Testing, Motors etc.

- Engine and vehicle testing including homologation and certification with prime responsibility of Engines.

- IC Engines, Piston, Carburetor, fuel systems, CatCon etc.

- HCV, LCV, MUV, Passenger Car, Tractor, 2-wheeler or stationary engine industry.

- Generating business for - Technical Centre India (ITC) and European headquarter.

- To lead discussions wrt Engine design and development projects with very senior members of Customer's R&D team and commercial team.

- Information exchange with Management to draft techno-commercial proposals

- Proposal preparation for ITC and modifications to draft proposals.

- Presentation to customer on new technologies / possible developments on Powertrain engineering.

- Submission of proposal to customers.

- Work split, cost negotiation with customer and follow up to win the project.

- Project explanation to ITC Project Management Team with line Managers before Project handing over.

- Follow-up of project progress at ITC Project Management team and line Managers.

- Follow-up on customer satisfaction index.

- Project completion meeting with Customer and ITC counterparts, identification of problems, shortcomings, learnings.

- Project closure, raising intermediate / final invoice & collecting payments and present final report to Management.

- Exceptional Communication, Negotiation and presentation skills.

- Excellent know how of Emission & Testing Standards and legislations

- Working with International clients will be an added advantages.

Educational Qualification - M.Tech./ B.Tech.- Mechanical / Automobile Engg. From a premium institute. MBA (S&M) will be an added advantage.
