Responsibilities:
  • Engagement:
\xc2\xb7 Driving the employee satisfaction surveys & initiatives and interventions for the organization basis the survey findings. \xc2\xb7 Anchor the GPTW participation and interventions related to that.
  • Communication:
\xc2\xb7 Should have managed Internal communications as a part of the current / previous roles. Demonstrated ability to write clearly, succinctly, and in a manner that appeals to a wide audience
  • Analytics:
\xc2\xb7 Flair for HR analytics, and eye for data based insights.
  • Certifications:
\xc2\xb7 Certifications on assessment and competency tools would be an added advantage Eligibility:
  • Criteria for application:
  • Desired Skills 4 \xe2\x80\x93 5 years of relevant work experience in Talent Management
  • Post Graduate from premier institutes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products such as PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Should be able to take ownership withstanding pressure HR analytics assessment and competency tool
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: \xe2\x82\xb9150,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb92,200,000.00 per year Benefits:
