Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities
Discuss and create talent management strategies with senior management and HODs for growth of company
as well as employees
Undertake responsibility of end-to-end recruitment (identification of needs, search, screening, selection,
background check etc.)
Execute negotiations, on-boarding, personal development interviews, exit formalities, career planning
interviews, personal grievance resolutions etc.
Develop SOPs, timelines, strategies on performance appraisals, rewards and incentives, employee
engagement programs and execute the same
Provide any support needed in administration team such as payroll, attendance etc.
Identify and appoint cost-effective third-party staffing agencies on need basis

Requirements
Excellent oral and written English communication skills
Must be proficient in sourcing quality candidates from tech-enabled platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri.com
and personal network
Proficient in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel & MS PowerPoint)
Graduation necessary, post-graduation not necessary.
Minimum 3 years of experience in processed food industry
Education: MBA/ PGDMr r r r r r r Any Graduate
Industry: IT-Hardware/Networking, Telecom
