This exciting role offers opportunity to:

  • This position is responsible to plan & execute learning initiatives at EIIC. The person would bring in functional knowledge to sustain ongoing talent development programs and lend their functional expertise to enhance the impact, in collaboration with business. Additionally, they would work on internal communications and support external collaborations. The role also includes facilitating internal training, supervising contract employees in their learning & development operations, supporting global projects on need basis. They will support talent manager & HR business partners in talent reviews, assessment, team building business initiatives etc.
  • Manage & sustain early talent, mid & leadership talent development programs, upskilling initiatives across levels
  • Driving a culture of learning through development interventions to strengthen people capability
  • Ensure proper coordination & tracking to evaluate program effectiveness
  • Partner with Eaton University as a facilitator & EIIC focal
  • Contribute to program design, implementation, effectiveness measurement & continous improvement of development interventions
  • Support performance management process, drive internal events, oversee audit compliance requirements, design internal communications / content using PPT, Eloquoa, SharePoint, Sway etc.
  • Support global & regional teams for projects or events
  • Support & guide contract employees in their roles - annual training catalog, campus & lateral assimilation, university & external collaboations etc.

Qualifications

Requirement:
  • MBA with 8+ years experience and strong functional knowledge in talent management domain.
  • Technical skills (preferred): SharePoint, Eloquoa, Camtasia, Sway, leadership or assessment certifications
  • Key competencies: Program management, communication, facilitation, assertive, influencing ability
