Job Purpose:
The purpose of this role is to support development and implementation Asia Pacific and Japan (APJ) Talent Strategy. The incumbent will work closely with the APJ Talent Management Director to drive talent management solutions to attract, assess and develop highly engaged coworkers and their teams and measure its effectiveness across Asia Pacific and Japan that currently includes 12 countries in the region.
The person will support performance, talent, recognition, succession management solutions across APJ and work closely with APJ country HR teams. The incumbent will work closely with APJ Talent Management Director to design and implement programs focused on the identification, assessment and development of the company's leaders in accordance with the organization's plans and strategies
The incumbent of this role will also be responsible for delivery and facilitation of training initiatives across APJ. The incumbent will lead key APJ Talent Management Project independently and also participate in selected global Talent Management projects and initiatives. The responsibility will also include support on talent management tools.
The incumbent will work with the Talent Management Director to identify critical workforce requirements (e.g., skills, competencies, and performance outcomes) necessary to achieve current and future business result.
The incumbent will work across multiple Talent and organization performance areas across APJ that would include Career Framework, Career Development, Employee engagement , Workforce Planning, Organization design and culture change, reward & recognition, organization design and change management.
