An opportunity to work with one of the largest Auto OEMs An opportunity to head a Section and be part of a Leadership Role Lead team of engineers for Design, Development and Testing of Light and Signalling devices Like Head Light/Tail Light /Winkers/ Reflex Head the Lighting Section Define and control the Section Budget Manage and coach the team as a Section Head Grow and Build Competences Manage Technical Resources and Infrastructures Optimise Section Organisation Structure Platform, modular and integrated design steerin g Lead Lighting Design co-operating with other Sections Targeting the full board net integration/efficiency Enhance design standard Steer Documentation Preparation Manage projects development related to Lighting Guide the team Ensure Plan related to development are on track Ensure development from inception to completion Ensure collaboration with other relevant departments Ensure QCT parameters fulfilment Ensure DFMEA/DOE and DFM for all lighting parts Lead the team to control the full development life-cycle VA/VE and Cost Optimisation Timely completion supervision Innovate, develop strategy and technology roadmap Prepare, review and manage the Future Technology roadmap Develop POC Exposure to Technology Updates/Events Ensure product Legal and Homologation compliances Knowledge of Worldwide regulations related to Lighting Parts Monitor and assurance of the Compliance aspects The Successful Applicant B.Tech in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical with 15-20 years of experience with expertise in Lighting Part Design & Development process Knowledge of Optical Simulation software like SPEOS/ASAP/LUCID SHAPE Expertise in Reflector/projector Design Team Management experience in leading a team of engineers in Lighting Design & Development What\'s on Offer Leadership Role with a Large Automotive OEM Work Life Balance
