Job Description
Manage Two Wheeler despatches through optimum distribution / bifurcation of All India Demand plan aligning with plant wise production & achieve Zone wise / Area Office wise / Dealer wise /Sku wise despatch targets in line with defined service ratios , timeline & optimal cost. Manage one window solution for Field at OutBound Logistics to increase customer delight & reduce issues at market , related to OutBound operations..

Location- GPC Neemrana
Key Responsibilities
Analytical Processing of Monthly demand plan plant wise to optimise plant wise production & control logistic cost.
Administer daily & milestone Reviews of plan vs actual with Zonal Planning team for achievement of despatch plan area wise /model wise/colour wise.
Work closely with fleet team /Central planning / Plant execution / Plant PPC.
Plan for any new product despatches as per Head Office schedules/timelines. System related improvisation. New product /Existing packaging design of two wheelers.
Field Coordination for Plan / Permit /Unloading support / Field complaints resolution Interaction with Auditors to facilitate periodic audits in deptt.
Development of Team Members.
