Production Manager Cnc Machine Shop
Job Description
Good Knowledge in programing and production planning of all conventional and CNC machines machineshop
Knowledge of cost estimation and budget preparation, organizing workflow to meet specifications and deadlines, determining the number of necessary resources, and ensuring output meet required quality standards.
•Responsible for Manufacturing, Methods, planning & achieving production targets.
• Responsible for Manpower management
• Responsible to improve the efficiency of machining and reduce cycle time & setting time
• Monitor the process cycle time vs target.
• Knowledge of Jigs and Fixture Design/Manufacturing
• Experience in Reading/Preparing Engineering Drawing with GD&T (Geometrical Dimensioning and Tolerance)
• To implement development plans within the time frame • Oversee management of manpower (Planning & proper utilization on day to day basis)
• To do Planning of Production Capacity
• To Ensure documentation and process as per ISO/AS standards.
• Ensure the process is designed and implemented in line with the industrial requirements and the QCD objectives of the product.
• Technical experience in Process Engineering, developing manufacturing work instructions.
• Lean Manufacturing techniques and Six Sigma tools. • Experience in working with an ERP (such as SAP) for Bill of Materials & Routings,
Experince : Minimum 10 years (Preferred)
