Role Name : Section Head Finance and Accounts- T-16 AUTO

Role Description Smooth functioning of Plant accounting.

Role purpose Fixed Assets Management, Raw Material Consumption, FG and WIP Valuation and GL Account Reconciliations.

Responsibilities Heads : Financials

KRA (Key Result Areas) :

- Calculation and Finalisation of Raw Material Consumtion

- Valuation of FG and WIP

- Inventory reconciliation - Sub Module Reconciliation and Reconciliation of Physical Inventory and System Inventory. Customers

- Fixed Assets Management.

- Reconciliation of Various GL Accounts

Responsibilities Heads : Customers

KRA (Key Result Areas) :

- Respond and Resolve the Queries of Internal, External and Statutory Auditors

- Respond and Resolve the Queries of Other Departments i.e. H.R., Materials, Legal, MIS and Marketing w.r.t. accounting matters.

Responsibilities Heads : Process

KRA (Key Result Areas) : Ensure Fixed Assets Register and FA Module through Oracle system.

Responsibilities Heads : Reports

KRA (Key Result Areas) : Calculation of Capital Commitment at unit level. Calculation & Capitalisation of Borrowing cost on CWIP at unit Level

Responsibilities Heads : Training

KRA (Key Result Areas) : To upgrade the knowledge of subordinates through training, discussion, seminars etc. for standard accounting process

REQUIREMENTS :

Knowledge: Accounting Standards, Income Tax, GST Law, MS office & ERP System

Experience (Number of years) : Min. 7 yrs

Skills : Analytical, Presentation , time management and co-ordination

Qualification: CA / ICWA/M.Com.
