Give special attention to all imported products/seasonal products Conduct weekly kitchen walk-through and liaise with Executive Steward to ensure that the kitchen sanitation and Engineering maintenance and standards are met Qualifications Hotel Management degree Certificate in culinary arts, pastry-making, baking, or relevant field. 2 or more years\' experience working within the food industry as a Pastry Chef, Baker, or relevant role. Creative ability with artistic skill in decorating cakes and other desserts. Keen attention to detail.
