Job Responsibility :
- Responsible for full delivery of acquisition marketing campaigns, including creation and briefing through to delivery across multi-channels, and owning the retention, ROAS and CAC across channels to meet revenue target
- Design, implement, and manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition through channels such as PPC, SEO, SEM, display advertising, email marketing, and social media.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and KPIs to optimize conversion rates, user experience, and customer journey across multiple digital platforms.
- Managing budgets, including knowledge and practice of managing & helping reduce CPA costs, improving CLTV etc.
- Collaborate with the content and creative teams to develop compelling and targeted digital content aligned with marketing objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices in digital marketing.
- Utilize analytics tools to generate insights and make data-driven decisions for campaign optimization and budget allocation.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing innovations to drive continuous improvement in our marketing strategies.
Desired Profile :
- 8-12 years of experience in business & marketing roles in the Digital Customer Acquisition Space
- Revenue focused mindset; this person\'s KPI will only be revenue from platform
- Strong reporting and data analytics skills, with the ability to produce clear explanations for performance both to the wider team and senior leadership
- Strong planning skills whilst also having the ability to adapt and change campaigns where required based on data insights
- Ability to thrive in a high energy, fast paced team
- Proven ability in onboarding of users and displaying strong traction in a B2C business
