Job Title: Learning and Development ManagerJob Purpose: To implement the Azvasa LMS system in schools & the development of a hybrid learning strategyPrinciple Accountabilities: Manage the complete implementation of Azvasa LMS in schools, including integration with other systems and/or processes. Train the teachers and heads on the LMS and ensure smooth transition. Manage relationship with customer / channel partners Ensure compliance with internal project management processes and associated reporting in conjunction with customer / channel partner Plan and run Azvasa LMS system workshops involving project team and other key stakeholders Co-ordinate and run project team / sponsor meetings to review project progress and agree issues requiring escalation Manage all change requests during the implementation. Develop communication/engagement strategy to support upgradation of Azvasa LMS Deliver required training to support introduction of new solution and/or processes Work with key stakeholders to develop hybrid learning strategy appropriate for the business. Develop internal team to include undertaking Training Needs Analysis, design, delivery and evaluation of online learning initiatives Define ways or working to ensure hybrid learning is aligned to both business and end user needs Experience Review of the dashboard and provide key inputs and indicators to the School heads and teachersSkills & Qualifications: Essential Experience of working with and implementing a Software as a Service (SaaS) LMS in a multi-site environment Excellent communication skills Project team management Stakeholder management/facilitation Customer/Channel Partners managementJob Type: Full-timeSchedule:
