Amazon's Worldwide Capacity Planning team is seeking a Learning and Development (L&D) Program Manager to manage and develop scalable, innovative learning solutions for their 700+ employees globally. The responsibilities include but are not limited to building short- and long-term learning strategies, building awareness of Flourish (the L&D platform) program offerings, communicating program improvements and updates, conducting needs analysis, collaborating with stakeholders and business leaders, and working with learning experience designers and subject matter experts to develop or modify programs that impact our new and existing employees. Building strong working relationships with leaders and key stakeholder groups, the Learning Program Manager will continually dive deep to understand the learning needs, using data and insights into the business to identify learning methods, materials, or technology that will support the learning experience which is scalable.
