Trainer Duties and Responsibilities \xef\x83\x98 Assist with assessing training needs for new and existing employees and identifying training activities/systems to address competency gaps, as identified. \xef\x83\x98 Scripting and storyboarding based on knowledge of learning theories. Content creation \xef\x83\x98 Establish networks and build relationships with internal stakeholders and team members within the organization. \xef\x83\x98 Maintain a strong relationship with business leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution of training programs. \xef\x83\x98 Evaluate employees and create learning paths \xef\x83\x98 Proficiency of working with LMS \xef\x83\x98 Deliver feedback and adopt coaching methodologies for continuous improvement both for people & process \xef\x83\x98 Prepare review presentation and participate in client/business reviews Trainer - Skills \xef\x83\x98 Good Interpersonal Skills \xef\x83\x98 Active listening \xef\x83\x98 High level of comprehensibility and articulation \xef\x83\x98 Proficiency in MS Office \xef\x83\x98 Creative ability & writing proficiency \xef\x83\x98 Good Communication Skills \xef\x83\x98 Conducts follow-up studies of all completed training to evaluate and measure results \xef\x83\x98 Ability to create and produce micro videos, presentations, documents, and podcasts as and when required. \xef\x83\x98 Exhibit excellent patience and calmness while dealing with internal stakeholders and employees. \xef\x83\x98 Analytical skills Mentoring skills Trainer \xe2\x80\x93 Minimum requirements 1. 4-5 years of BPO Experience with 6-12 months of experience in training delivery 2. Graduate / 3-year Diploma 3. Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills 4. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 5. Excellent presentation skills 6. Good working knowledge of Adult Learning Principles 7. Strong interpersonal, customer service, leadership and motivational skills 8. Highly organized, detail-oriented, patient & action-oriented 9. Feedback and coaching skills 10. Know how of content creation tools like adobe captivate, storyline articulate, go animate etc Job Type: Full-time Salary: 950,000.00 - 975,000.00 per year Schedule:
