Excellent opportunity with a leading Hospital in NCR as Head - CSR Strategize and implement CSR practices for the brand and ensure compliance Formulate and implement CSR policy in line with government legislation and compliance. Work on new initiatives and programs and ensure complete tracking of progress. Evaluating financial risk assessments and preparing mitigation standards. Adherence to CSR budgets and managing audits of CSR budgets. Ensuring Planned CSR initiatives are completed as per timelines and compliance. Compile Quarterly and Annual Reports for filing. Presenting CSR reports to Board of Directors. Coordinate and interact with media for coverage on CSR initiatives. Design and conceptualise CSR related web content for social platforms in line with organisational goals and policies. The Successful Applicant Candidates from Healthcare sector would be preferred. Candidate should be open to 6 days work from office. Should have experience in managing Healthcare CSR initiatives. Good skills in managing stakeholders like NGO , Gram Panchayat etc needed.
