JOB DESCRIPTIONHead - PR, Communication & CSR projects

• Think Big - create visual concepts, big umbrella ideas, multiple media, videos, motion graphics, visual innovation etc.

• Lead the social media marketing and public relations team;

• Develop marketing strategies based on problems identified and timely execute them.

• Events & PR: Identify unique business opportunities (major events, partnerships, moments, PR) and deliver campaigns/activation against them - deepen the connection with customers, influencers, industry, and partners.

• Content Management: Website, Communication, Branding, and Sales Collateral. Organize, categorize, and publish content and information for use by different groups and individuals within the organization.

• Analyse and maintain all targets, operational KPI's: implement improvement plans as needed.

• Maximize revenue generation to reach annual and monthly goals.

• Work with external agencies to drive initiatives like SEO, Ad Creation, Social Media Management, Content Creation, Etc.

• Writing Government Notes

• Strategic head for communication & Branding functions of group companies with focus on acquiring & executing CSR Projects.

• Adherence to guidelines and timely delivery of projects.

• To manage the production of publications for a variety of audiences, including editing copy, coordinating the design, and managing print, production, and distribution.

• Implement a Direct Marketing Program for activating clients through online / offline events

• Key liaison between all external agencies- creative/PR/Digital/Any BTL agencies. They will also oversee social media for the brand alongside the brand digital manager.

• To supervise team in the writing, editing and translation of press materials locally, working process

• Actively manage relationships with key external stakeholders, especially with press, stylists, journalists, opinion readers, and influencers
