Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  
• 10 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript).
  
• 7 years of experience in a technical leadership role, overseeing projects, with 5 years of experience in a people management, supervision/team leadership role.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience working with large distributed systems and advanced analytical platforms, including productizing ML/AI.
  
• Solid foundation in coding and experience providing technical guidance and support when needed.
  
• Ability to produce clean, well-thought-out designs and shared infrastructure. Understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices to ensure scalability, reliability, and maintainability of systems.
  
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams effectively to achieve positive business and user outcomes, within and across partner teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with partner engineering teams, data and ML teams in the wider CE/Core ecosystem to build, launch and maintain durable AI enabled enterprise systems and solutions.
• Lead a team of engineering managers and software engineers. Set the team outlook and goals, mentor and develop the engineers as they grow in their career.
  
• Work closely with program managers and UX teams to identify the user/customer requirements.
  
• Lead and contribute to technical architecture, design and leverage shared infrastructure, build platforms, tools and integrations to solve a diverse set of enterprise problems.
