About Our Client
Our client is a Bangalore-based funded B2B SaaS start-up in the HR tech domain. Their clientele ranges from large MNCs to young start-ups across India and the US.
As an Engineering Manager you will be responsible for:
- Defining and managing product team and delivery including effective delivery of product
- Developing detailed plans for new designs and products
- Leading research and development projects that produce new designs, products and processes
- Mentoring and training others in the tools, work techniques, and skills required to accomplish work assignments
- Providing technical leadership and engineering support throughout the life of the product
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will have:
- 10+ years of professional experience with a product-based company with at least 5 years of team management experience
- Excellent strategic thinking and ability to lead through influence
- An analytical bent of mind with an ability to roll up sleeves improve performance and outcomes
- Proven track record of building, developing, and elevating a high-performing teams
