• Experience: 12-15 years of software engineering experience with knowledge of all phases of SDLC, having spent at-least 5+ years in leading and managing development teams using Agile methodologies
• Java, C++ experience with Azure cloud or any other cloud
• Native Cloud knowledge and hands on experience from a platform perspective (SaaS/PaaS/IaaS)
• AWS and/or Azure development and deployment experience including microservice architecture on the cloud
• Passionate about fast feedback cycles, continuous integration, devops, and test automation
• Experience building secure, scalable software systems (UI, API\'s, data persistence layers)
• Experience leading a cross functional software team including frontend/backend/QA/DevOps engineers
• Experience working with and leading remote teams
• Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of the engineering discipline they\'re managing, enabling them to provide guidance, solve complex problems, and make informed decisions.
• Leadership: Ability to lead and inspire a team of engineers, fostering collaboration, setting goals, and ensuring high performance.
