• Engineer with more than 20+ years of experience in Engineering Management / Project Engineering in Refinery and Oil and Gas industry.
• Experienced in handling multidisciplinary projects ranging from FEED to EPC
• Understanding of engineering design, procurement, and construction with particular emphasis to Technical Integrity and Assurance systems, Project Management systems, Quality and Change Management.
• Independently lead and manage the engineering function and manage a team of multidiscipline engineers
• To enhance processes and procedures in the current engineering function and create new processes and procedures
• Take ownership of the engineering policy, guidelines and any associated documents
• Front end with clients and handle queries and clarifications for the various engineering disciplines.
• Work closely with the project management team and ensure proper execution of the job within the specified scope.
• Support Sales team in developing product specification and quote activities
• Provide leadership to coach, mentor and develop direct reports and manage a high performing team that delivers continuous improvement, added value and cost reductions
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal performance
• Adept in Communication and Team player with strong leadership, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
