Role: Delivery Head - ServiceNow
Location: Chennai / Hyderabad / Bangalore
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Delivery, Driving growth and profitability of the ServiceNow practice
- Responsible for developing and delivering strategies and solution for SNOW engagements
- Designing, solutions / Pre-Sales proposals for Business Service Management deals
- Responsible for forecasting revenue, budgeting and managing costs.
- Ensure delivery of support at highest level of customer satisfaction and compliance to the support SLA
- Meeting Technical Services delivery demand with partners and internal skill-set
- Monitoring customer project progress and ensure maximizing customer satisfaction though
- Build knowledge bases and best practices across the board to ensure success of Technical Services delivery
- Build customer account intelligence to ensure delivery excellence
Desired profile:
- 18 - 22 years of experience
- Expertise in solutioning, presales, delivery and capability building
- Network knowledge and experience is preferred though not mandatory
- Experience across ITSM | ITAM | ITOM and multiple modules in SNOW
- Implementation experience in SNOW
