India Delivery Head will be responsible for delivery and P&L across all service lines and practice.

We are looking to hire an experienced IT Leader, adept at leading technical teams, deliver large and complex technology transformation initiatives for clients.

A deep understanding of business and technology to enable digital transformation with a focus on Cybersecurity, Analytics and Cloud with an aim to deliver strategic and innovative solutions.

An excellent communicator should provide the requisite supports in winning and executing strategic M & A deals. It is important that you should have the experience of building Service Delivery Centres together with onsite support in India and grown existing client engagements into a larger business for Inspira.

Exp Required is 18+ years of experience handling digital programs/projects across various services and industry domains.

Major Duties & Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage a team of 600+ and nurture strong relationships with existing and new customers, ensuring efficient and profitable service delivery operations.

- Competent in Large, Strategic & Critical program management, governance, end to end service delivery and risk management.

- Work with the executive team to make high-quality decisions and achieve company goals.

- Manage complete gamut of activities including vertical P&L, business strategy development, Program/Project Management, and client relationship management.

- Creating and implementing a coherent project delivery strategy, including improvements to efficiency, budgets, and processes as we scale.

- Successfully oversee and deliver projects, ensuring we deliver true impact and value to beneficiaries, users, and partners.

- Should have a deep understanding of technology delivery and the complexities of technical projects.

- Manage complex partner ecosystem of top edge technology OEM\'s.

- Devising measures leading to top line growth, bottom line improvement and high level of CSAT Manage security services or enterprises with end-to-end security operations including SOC (Security Operations Centre) monitoring, Identity & Access management platform support/access provisioning, Infrastructure security, Application security, Vulnerability management and DLP (Data Loss Prevention).

- Build Delivery and technical competencies of required skill sets with relevant certifications. Ensure the team is upskilled as per various compliance, audit requirements and RFP requirements.
