Responsibility: The Head - Technology will be responsible for guidance and execution of the overall IT development for the businesses.

• Manage and administer the system analysis and programming functions for the key developmental projects.
• Direct and coordinate efforts across Tech team to maintain and upgrade current systems.
• Initiate design and development of new systems and the evaluation, acquisition and installation of new solutions and software development projects for the businesses.
• Analyse current and future business needs with relation to system application requirements, identify potential gaps, evaluates options and ensure delivery of solutions.
• Works with diverse business units and customers to-gather requirements.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high quality standards and meet defined expectations.
• Lead, mentor and support a team of technology team of developers.

Internal Interactions:

• Business Heads Globally, Product Teams, Support teams, Technology Team

External Interactions:

• Vendors, External Technology Forums, Partner/Customer Technology and Business Groups

Areas of Responsibility:

• Technology Strategy – Define and deliver on technology roadmap aligned with the business goals or the organization
• Delivery Management – Work with Technology Team delivery managers for development and delivery of new products
• Team Management – Setting Team KRAs, on-going revert & feedback process, inspiring and moti

CTC: 50 Lakhs to 65 Lakhs. Open for higher CTC if the candidate meets the requirement.
Work Experience: 12 - 15 years preferably from Fintech/financial services background
Management Experience: Minimum 8 years with a strong experience in handling large teams
Education Qualifications: B. Tech. (Computer Science)/M. Tech. (Computer Science)/MCA
