Position : Offshore Delivery Head

- Client ; 500 Million USD Engineering solution and services BU of a software company having over Billion USD

Key Responsibilities :

- Deliver quality, customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction, bid vs did for portfolio of accounts of size of $25M+

- Responsible for relationship building with Customer stakeholders and articulating metrics and value delivered

- Drive Delivery led Growth

- Responsible for people processes

- Employee Retention, people development and engagement

Key Skills :

- An understanding of Integrated Digital, Application and Data technologies

- Strong Product and Resources domain experience (Retail / eComm / Manufacturing and Logistics)

- Strong delivery management experience, knowledge of various delivery models etc., Excellent understanding of the Delivery cycle well.

- Large Project management / Program management; Customer & Key Stakeholder management; Escalation management

- Excellent people management capabilities; Should manage teams through influence rather than control; Believe in cadre development & rotation.

- Sow compliance & SLA adherence; In-depth understanding of the SELC; Technical delivery parameter compliance tracking & reporting

- Knowledge of emerging technologies; Various platforms, tools and products and their respective applications - Awareness of global industry trends and directions and its impact on IT services
