Delivery Team 2000 people spread across Bengaluru 60%, US 35%, Japan/Malaysia 5%
Scope of the Role P&L Leader with Core Delivery responsibility handling Global Delivery, Pre-sales, Planning, Implementing Sales & Marketing Programs, both short and long-range, targeted toward existing and new markets by performing the following duties personally or through subordinates.
Responsibilities :
- Develops and implements strategic marketing and sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives set for the Semicon Vertical.
- Develops and manages sales/marketing operating budgets for the Semicon Vertical.
- Leverage market transitions, industry trends, and customer strategies to proactively identify transformational opportunities.
- Lead visionary discussions with customers on the possibilities of new solutions and technologies.
- Achieves satisfactory profit/loss ratio and market share in relation to preset standards and industry and economic trends.
- Oversees and evaluates market research and adjusts sales strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
- Establishes and maintains relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners.
- Support and contribute to sales planning activities as necessary.
- Guides preparation of sales activity reports and presents to executive management.
- Direct sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly.
- Directs performance evaluations to develop and control sales and marketing programs.
- Meets with key clients, assisting sales representatives with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.
- Articulate customer's competitive advantage gained from shared LTTS and customer vision
- Build deep business relationships with Senior Line of Business & Engineering leaders.
- Coordinates liaison between sales and delivery units.
- Prepares periodic sales reports showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
- Reviews and analyzes sales performances against programs, quotes and plans to determine effectiveness.
Candidate Profile
- 18-20 years of total experience with at least 10-12 years of domain experience in the US geography.
- A successful track record of handling global delivery in product engineering services & solutions in the Semicon domain for the past 10-15 years.
- Should have handled a portfolio of around $ 50M+ in product engineering services with delivery responsibility of more than 2000 people.
- Should have run a $ 50M+ biz in the Semicon domain and ability to take the business of LTTS to $100 M in the next 3 years
- Strategic Business Planning: Demonstrating significant knowledge of the Semicon industry; developing strategies that leverage core strengths of LTTS.
- Consulting & Partnering: Partners to understand the business needs, offering advice and solutions, and operating from a position of expertise balanced with a collaborative approach.
- CXO Relevancy: Adding value by proactively identifying business opportunities for the customer/partner, conveying a firm understanding of the customer's/partners business and political drivers, displaying executive presence by building rapport and credibility; effectively influencing other people to accept a solution; clearly connecting solutions to business needs.
- Critical Thinking: Identifying and understanding issues, problems, and opportunities; comparing data from different sources to address sales challenges and new opportunities; taking courses of action based on sound analysis and judgment that appropriately consider customer and partner business capabilities and issues, available facts, constraints, competitive circumstances and probable consequences.
- Building Influential Relationships: Working collaboratively with customers, channel partners, and account team members to meet business goals and objectives; using appropriate communication methods to influence others and establish relationships.
