Role : Delivery Head / Leader - Insurance Domain ( Director Level) - IT MNC Organisation

Location : Delhi NCR / Bangalore / Hyderabad / Mumbai / Pune

Looking for a highly experienced and motivated Delivery Leader to join our team and oversee the successful delivery of projects within the Insurance Vertical. As a Delivery Leader, you will be responsible for managing a team of Delivery Managers and ensuring the timely and high-quality delivery of solutions to our clients in the insurance domain along with scaling them. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, relationship, and delivery excellence, to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.

Also lead the insurance solution strategy and drive business growth. Your deep understanding of the insurance industry, coupled with your technical expertise, will enable you to develop and execute a comprehensive solution roadmap.

Responsibilities:

Delivery Management :

- Maximize business revenue and margins while ensuring the fulfillment of all client commitments. Drive exceptional customer satisfaction by overseeing and improving delivery processes for increased efficiency and quality

Client Engagement :

- Act as the primary point of contact for key insurance clients, building and maintaining strong relationships. Understand client needs, suggest solutions, and oversee client expectations throughout the entire delivery process.

Domain Specific Solution :

- Your role involves formulating and executing resilient, scalable, and inventive solutions tailored to meet the distinct requirements of our customers.

- Your deep understanding of systems, technical expertise, and ability to align business requirements with architectural principles will enable you to drive successful solution delivery and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

Educational Qualification / Work Experience & Skills :

- BE / B.Tech / MBA with 13 + Yrs experience ( Min 5+yrs as a Delivery Lead)

- Should have managed delivery of mid to large-scale digital transformation journeys within the insurance industry, including managing complex projects and mid to large-scale implementations with 250 - 300 people involved.

- Digital transformation experience is mandatory in BFSI; Insurance domain expertise is preferred

- Metrics oriented management

- Experience of working in CMMi Level 5 certified ecosystems

- Strong working experience with Agile Methodologies

- Strong organizational and Planning skills

- Ability to deal with and effectively manage stakeholders globally across clients, legal, sales , marketing and Human Resources

- Good understand of finance/budgets

- Go getter/ Can do attitude
