We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Delivery Head. This role requires a seasoned leader with strong Avaloq platform delivery experience In this role, you will:

• Provide delivery leadership to the team in Pune and will help build the required capability and will have direct line reporting to the Head of Avaloq Capability within GPB&W.
• Oversee the end to end delivery of projects in Agile and DevOps methodology
• Help drive the automation strategy with Senior Test manager
• Focus on maturing the Agile methodology to ensure the team does incremental delivery of customer value
• Provide leadership to the local team that would include recruitment, talent management, retention, risk control and governance and local administration
• Partner with other TPMs to ensure that delivery from Pune is well coordinated with larger Avaloq releases
• Work with other TPMs, Project Managers and other technology functions to ensure that roll-outs are well supported and BAU (L3) is executed in parallel. Influencing, explaining and managing effective design, analysis and remediation of issues/incidents

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of Avaloq Platform experience with implementation in few business centres
• Minimum 8+ years of experience of Technology leadership as well as large global delivery teams
• Strong Technical background
• Strong knowledge of Private Banking / Wealth Management business
• Open personality with effective communication skills
• Communication - Ability to present complex issues confidently and concisely to Senior Lead and coordinate with colleagues and key stakeholders in an international team
• Recruit, Retain and Build offshore capability preferable in Avaloq
• Put comprehensive training programs
• Agile & DevOps evangelist who can help mature the organization
• Planning and project management skills
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision
• Make considered decisions that protect and enhance HSBC values, reputation and business
