Job Description


You will train and manage Outlet Chefs and Kitchen team members, supervise/coordinate all related culinary activities

Further you would need to standardize production of dishes to ensure consistent quality, establish presentation, technique and quality standards, plan and price menus, ensure proper equipment operation/maintenance, and ensure proper safety and sanitation in the kitchen.

You may be required to cook certain dishes for special occasions and will oversee special catering events

Experience:
Previous hospitality experience working in the same role.
Excellent use of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and processes
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
Knowledge of best cooking practices
Self-motivated, positive team player
Able to take responsibility
Good knowledge of Indian kebab & Curry .
Ability of How to manage as per SOP food cost, and how to maintain kitchen hygiene .

meeting with clients virtually or during sales visits. demonstrating and presenting products. establishing new business. maintaining accurate records. attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings. reviewing sales performance. negotiating contracts and packages.
