Responsible for customer acquisition, recharge billing/ availability while managing sales and distribution in the assigned territory. Key Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Meet targets for customer acquisition, recharge billing and market reach as per sales plan.
  • Ensure appropriate sale channel contribution and its proactive expansion & effectiveness.
  • Sales Trend analysis for formulating strategy / Tactics in the market place.
  • Spreading the business on A/B/C classification of customers to ensure high ARPU
  • Man Management of sales team to ensure highly motivated Team.
  • Provide timely and structured feedback \xe2\x80\x93 from trade/ customers/ competition.
  • Manage Trade marketing budgets.
  • Build and manage Direct to Customers ,Partners and Promoters infra.
  • Identifying training needs for team members and DSRs / ISD/Promoters
  • Custodian of company\xe2\x80\x99s policy and procedure in the assigned territory.
