Roles and Responsibilities A leading Automotive Brand is looking for Talent Acquisition Lead for their growing team.
The role entails coordinating with Stakeholders for particular line of business & functional heads for meeting the end to end Hiring support, including planning, mapping, talent engagement & compensation analysis / benchmarking and analysis


The role would entail the following broad responsibilities

Input into overall hiring strategy of the unit to ensure our teams consist of a diverse set of high performing and relevant individuals
Ensure the staffing needs of the company are met with delighting turn around, with a long-term talent strategy in mind
Devise and implement sourcing strategies to build pipelines of potential applicants, such as employer branding initiatives
Create and implement end-to-end candidate hiring processes to ensure an unmatched brand experience for candidates
Form close relationships with hiring managers to ensure clear candidate/ interviewer expectations
Build strong relationship with existing hiring consultants and review progress on a daily basis .
Determine selection criteria for candidates by liaising with managers and other members of staff
Liaise with search partners and communicate the requirements effectively and share real time feedback on the interview process
Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks
Manage internal candidate referrals and job posting
Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position
Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
Partner with other HR team members to ensure great onboarding experience, background verification and documentation closure in time
