Roles and Responsibilities A leading Automotive OEM is looking for candidates for the role HR Business partner for their manufacturing unit. The HR Business Partner is primarily responsible for liaising with business to ensure effective &timely implementation of all HR Systems & processes (Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Talent Development, and Employee Engagement)/ Structure/ Policies /Process/ Procedures for aneffective organization and ensuring alignment with COEs on policies and processes. Education MBA HR (Fulltime) from Top Institutes with 10+ yrs experience Role Work with HODs & other stakeholders for Manpower planning. This is followed by ensuring timely hiring of resources with minimal lead time for an effective employee management cycle to achieve smooth operations in business To ensure effective implementation of all HR practices of Talent Management throughout the year to build meritocracy within the organization Ideate, develop and ensure implementation of employee engagement and team building initiatives to create a positive work environment and add to productivity Initiative training & other improvement methods from time to time for the entire manufacturing unit / plant.
