Roles and Responsibilities About the Role: Managing the proto manufacturing operations and driving operational excellence inmanufacturing operations using agile frame work. Coordinating multiple activities to accomplishthe objectives in terms of QCD parameters of new and existing products
Direct focus on: 3W Manufacturing, 2W Manufacturing, Assembly Line, Plant Operations,
Production planning, Plant setup


Responsibilities


Manufacturing
> Lead the manufacturing function within budget and output targets to meet customer requirements andstandards.
>Full accountability for ensuring safety, customer quality, cost and delivery requirements are met.
> Implement and manage continuous improvement and modernmanufacturing principals by highlightingdeficiencies and recommending changes in training, working practices and
processes.
> Manage smooth and timely operations of Assembly line.
> Lean Manufacturing -Continually looks to make efficiency improvements to products, systems, operations andprocesses.

Part development

• Ensuring part development for model events.
• Verification of process at supplier
• Verification of samples and releasing reports of all the samples
• Conducting Quality audits at various project stages.
• Problem analysis, actions and corrective measures implementation
• PPAP verification and approval.

Assembly setup

• Create process & implement the best line operation Processes to meet the target times of production.
• Follow and maintain quality parameters during the processes.

Quality

• Set up processes & implement part quality guidelines to ensure product quality
• Part quality and process establishment at supplier end
