Roles and Responsibilities About the Role
1. To lead a team for design/ develop/ modify Vehicle Electronics Components, including System Architecture, Hardware, Firmware, and Software Applications.
2. Work on System Level to define the appropriate hardware architecture and then work / guide team for deployment of the platform for various Projects.
3. To Study and Review the Hardware Schematics, their Simulation results and conduct DFMEA for respective components. Suggest changes and improvements to meet QCT targets of the Projects.
4. Discuss and Work to Design the Analytics and S/w Algorithms to be implemented Device level for various Use Cases.
5. Design meeting vehicle projects target through continuous interaction with HW
Architect/firmware/Integration/testing teams.
6. Work for Roadmap of New Advanced Technologies and make Concept proof readiness to adopt for Product Deployment.


RESPONSIBILITIES
Design of Vehicle Electronics Components

• Hardware design and module development for Vehicle Body Electronics & HMI including ICs BCMs, Sensors and other electronics parts.

• Responsible for work with CFT at System level and define the hardware architecture at platform level to guide team for Project Deployment
• Responsible for clarity on certifications and required homologation requirements required for launching the solutions in the global market.
• Responsible for reviewing the complete Hardware and Software SRD Work and suggest changes as per requirements
• Work for upgrades and controlling the release of the updates software version for required solutions
• Expert in identification of failure modes of the electronic modules /use case failure and their mitigation methods
• Guide to Develop HW using dev\xe2\x80\x99p tools (ex. Spice, Orcad etc.) and take decision based on simulation results available for design improvements
• Design of key electronics components and subassemblies including mosfets, IC\xe2\x80\x99s, gate drive boards, capacitor, power stage, etc.

Development ofHW & SW ofDevices
BOM Control, Layout development(Gerber), Drive mechanical andelectonics parts development and integration and work for SWintegrations with other devices onthe vehicle for complete systemsolutions. Work for adopting forright communication protocols toenhance system performance


Preparing Design Records

• Testing and validation support andtest case definition for SIL, HIL andvehicle testing
• Capturing the learnings and processto create design records andmanuals for Design & DevelopmentProcess

Benchmarking and Future RoadMap Development for Connectivity

• Have to work on benchmarking of global products and have an updateon technology trends in this field

• Develop a Roadmap in alignmentwith Team to have an competitiveedge and pave the way for futuredevelopments and initiate R flows required.
• Passionate to work aggressively in given time for advanced technology products
