Roles and Responsibilities About the Role
To Manage Product and Process of Aluminium Crank Case area with daily activities so as to achieve desired PQCDMS parameters through optimum resource utilization in order to meet Customer demand and suffice sectional objectives.


Responsibilities
Achieve the production plan (Quality and quantity) in order to meet the internal customer requirements - - Resource Planning - - Review of daily model- wise plans & actual achievements and analyse losses - - Monitoring performance - - Adherence of process audit plans


Controlling and improving the Cost parameters (Rejection, Consumable, Tool Cost, Tool Breakage) of section to improve profitability - - Defining consumption norms & monitoring periodically - - Analysis of gaps & preparing / monitoring control plans - - daily DWM discussion of Quality parameters and action taken to avoid quality related failures


Create a conducive, harmonious & safe work environment to facilitate smooth operations - - Review of Connect Index & ways to improve - - Conducting Safety Audits - - Resolution of fortnightly and safety audit points - - Involving team members in generating new ideas & implementing the same


Driving innovation through team development for inculcating Innovative culture - - Taking IMP\xe2\x80\x99s / projects & ensuring completion on time - - Facilitating team to complete high level kaizens - - Plan for trainings of team / direct reports based on individual development plans


Enforce TPM , DWM & Loss reduction strategies to improve operational Efficiency - - Monitoring of DWM activities like Breakdown/Straight Pass/ Safety Parameters - - Guiding Team in identifying losses & analysis Data - - Monitoring of JH Safety & CLRI activities
Desired Candidate Profile

• Knowledge of machining Aluminium components, tooling, fixtures , CNC machines (Programming & Trouble shooting), Robots & Robot Teaching
• Strong Business acumen with knowledge of current manufacturing technologies, upcoming trends in business scenario & factors affecting business and organization
• Problem solving skills & having a zeal towards achieving results exploring options beyond the obvious
• Has skill of handling manpower & soft skills
• Has knowledge of shop floor management tools viz. TPM, JIT, FMEA, 5S
