Roles and Responsibilities We are looking for a Experienced Manager to lead the Engine Assembly & Manufacturing process for a leading Automotive HCE Solutions Brand


Person would be involved in following

• Ensuring target achievement of QPCDSM parameter for Assembly/Testing and Machine shop operations
• Daily production adherence achieved and monitoring the same
• Daily work management control with user plant, RFD Defects.
• Cost control in Manpower, Power, Tooling, Fuel & Oil, and Stationary parts.
• Capacity enhancement of line and Production Ramp up with poka-yoke, kaizen and Automation.
• Integrated Cost Reduction project implementation
• Conversion cost reduction project identification and closure
• CAPEX Planning, Engineering Change Management: New Model Introduction, Model Migration, Engineering Release, PPAP trial
• Implementation of Process Robustness projects and Review
• Internal Audit of QMS, ISO18001 and ISO14001 across the functions of the plant.
• Models vies Production Quantity, Quality achievements as per Targets.
• Drive Quality and productivity improvements in Assembly, Testing with Machine Shop.
• Support and execute technology improvement in shop.
• Monitor operation efficiency. OEE& OLE.
• Initiate corrective and preventive action (ICA&PCA) For Improvements of OEE &OLE.
• Driving the quality and productivity improvement in Assembly, Testing, CNC Machine shop
• Ensuring target achievement of QPCDSM parameter for Assembly operations.
• Ensuring documentation of TS16949 QMS related to Assembly, MFG and act as auditee for internal and external audit.
• Monthly, yearly, daily Monitor and review the production, defects, safety, costs and keep spending and activities within Budget.
• Problem Solving Tools: QC Story Methodology, 7 QC Tools,
• To act as \xe2\x80\x98Excellence Igniter\xe2\x80\x99 across plant level
• DCP (Dynamic Control Plan) - PFC, PFMEA, CP & SOP
• APQP
