Roles and Responsibilities Manage day to day production engineering , process engineering to ensure right
operational support to all allocated depts. In order to achieve operational excellence
(Stability , Quality , Cost , Flexibility) , meet market demands and ensure successful rollout
of new projects (Facility and engine launches)


Responsibilities
Ensure successful launch of new products
ENC implementation inEngine Assembly with achievement of required manufacturing parameters
Meet market demands by providingproducts just in time.Providing flexibility in
manufacturinglines by definingstandards andimprovementtargets

Ensure right operational support toall allotted departments with Zeroopen issues
Defining standards of nosof meeting to bedone with each dept,tracking nos of pts generated and completed
Capex projects and infrastructurePlanning , budgeting and execution
Planning with users , proposal preparation ,ordering ,implementationand handover
