Responsibilities 1.Costing/Pricing - New/ Upgrade models & Existing models - price revisions. 2. MPLCostingas per BMC Plan / R&D requirement- Cost File Release to R&D & Cost Co-ordination 3. Cost Analysis of New/Future Models 4. Material Cost Release & Analysis . 5. Profitability improvement / Cost reduction / Cost avoidance: - VAVE Idea Generation 6. Purchase orders and amendments - Analysis & Release 7. Subcontracting Rate Revision for all manufacturing unit 8. Segment Analysis: (Revenue & Cost Analysis) 9. Plant Related Activities if any 10. Spare Part Pricing for new items :: Domestic-Exports 11. Spare part price revision - 1st May & 1st Nov (or as per guideline) 12. Spare Part Profitability - Quarterly 13. Cost Release of Spare part plant 14. Freight activities 15. Activity rates working
