Roles and Responsibilities About the role
Leading the project development and spearheading the finance and customer acquisition verticals for a new age EV business. Responsible for ensuring Delivery in desired Cost and committed Time. Direct focus on: Project Management
Responsibilities Project Strategy & Management
- - End to end project management - includes project planning, delivery, vendor interaction, troubleshooting, managing project operational parameters and people management.
- Generate and continuously maintain reporting data for respective projects, reporting to upper management as necessary.
- Ensure adherence to timeline and targets. Raise red-flags wherever required.
- Creating annual operating budgets and manpower planning based on project\xe2\x80\x99s forecasted KPIs
- Own the business case. Prepare and improvise as per project\xe2\x80\x99s progress.
- Seek approvals from Senior Management and make necessary backup.
- Handle day to day finance processes such as vendor on-boarding, vendor timely payment etc.
- Budget Monitoring and compliance.
- Work smartly and effectively with a range of diverse stakeholders- Internal (Legal, HR, Finance, Supply Chain, Project Engineering, Sales & After Sales), and External (Design Partner, Market Research Agencies etc.
- Authentically and meaningfully engage with a range of other local project and program partners critical to its delivery and success.
- Develop and lead the customer acquisition vertical targeting both B2B and B2C 3-wheeler customers.
