Roles and Responsibilities About the Role Manage Civil Engineering activities as Process Manager to perform Engineering duties in Estimating, Costing, Planning, and overseeing construction & maintenance activities of Industrial civil structures, including Architectural & Structural execution of Civil Projects. Key Responsibilities: 1. Execution of Civil Projects 1.1.To estimate Quantities and cost of materials to determine project feasibility. 1.2. Study & Analyze drawings for project planning, scheduling work and activities. 1.3. Inspect project sites to monitor progress as per plan and ensure conformance to design specifications and standards of construction. 1.3. To identify engineering problems and assess the impact on Construction projects & Onsite technical resolution of issues. 1.4 Implementation of Infra projects thru Liasoning with Arch., consultants, Local legal authorities & different stockholders etc. 1.5 Project scheduling, monitoring 1.6. Making Decisions and solving problems 1.7. Explore new technologies & new developments in Civil Engineering domain & implement suitable in day to day activities. 1.8 Maintain safety standards as per Safety guidelines at site, to control possible injuries and accidents. 2. Repair and maintenance activities inside plant 2.1. Preparation of annual Revenue budget 2.2. Estimations and costing of revenue nature of jobs for budgetary approvals. 2.3. Timely Execution of R&M jobs through proposals and civil job voucher system 2.4. Monthly MIS generation and tracking of R&M jobs & budget. 2.5. Provide technical advice regarding design, construction and structural repairs 2.6. To render technical guidance to the vendors & their team for execution of Civil Infrastructure maintenance works. 2.7 Plan & execute Building Preventive Maintenance activities as per Annual Maintenance plan. 3. Initiatives to enhance creativity, morale, safety. 3.1. Think creatively to develop ideas, relationships and systems. 3.2. Encouraging and building mutual trust, respect, and co-operation among team. 3.3. Coaching and developing others, mentoring, or otherwise helping others to improve their knowledge or skills. 3.4. Taking initiatives for Level Up safety adherence and reduction in injuries and safety standards. 3.5. Work Collaboratively to accomplish assigned works in time for customer satisfaction.
