Position Title: Automation Head - Mumbai Qualifications: Graduate in Mechanical Engineering Experience : 5 years Job Location: Vasai Job Brief: The candidate is expected to lead the Automation Department from design to manufacturing to servicing of Automation and Special Purpose Machine Roles and Responsibilities: Working along with the Sales team to gather requirements of the customer Creating Designs, BOM and Manual of the Automation machines Generating quotations basis the costs and the value addition in each automation Getting the machine manufactured efficiently (according to the committed time and cost) Handling after sales service of the machine in liaison with the Service Department Candidates coming from workshop heavy machinery manufacturing Experience in Industrial automation is a must Expertise in fixture manufacturing and material handling Expertise in developing new machines is preferred Knowledge on capital equipment such as robotic welding, CNC Machines, Automation etc. Good knowledge on tools, fixtures, gauges, material handling equipment. Process automation such as semi-automated mechanisms/ devices for smooth material flow. Skills Set: Proficient on complete MS Office Suite Excellent Communication Fluent in English and Hindi or Marathi Competencies: Should know how to prioritize tasks and activities assigned. Should be process and result oriented. Should be pro-active in taking initiatives and taking them to a logical conclusion. Should be adaptable. Should take responsibility and achieve the objective.
