Head of SalesExperience : 8 - 15 yearsJob Location : PuneMust Haves :- Minimum 2 years b2b sales from warehouse automation- 8+ years in B2B sales- Must have handled international clients- Should be okay for traveling- An Active (EU or US) Visa is highly preferredRequirements : - 8-15 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in a start-up environment- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.- Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills- Extremely detail-oriented. - Take the initiative to get things done when there is an opportunity for improvement.- Good analytical skills and effective stakeholder management.- Excellent B2B sales and customer service skills with proven negotiation skills.- Previous experience in the Robotics/Logistics fieldRoles & Responsibilities :- Develop products or systems suggestions for customers and successfully sell them- Delight customers by understanding their needs clearly and proposing the best solutions- Identify and engage with new customers across the globe- Identify and engage with channel partners internationally to increase the customer pipeline- Work with the product, technology, operations, and business teams to make sure customers- needs are addressed on a priority.- Guide the team to develop techno-commercial documents or presentations to explain the product information, pricing, benefits, etc.- Collaborate with Marketing teams to ensure the marketing plan targets the right demographic.- Provide support for sales associates as they generate leads and close new deals- Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company's relationship with them- Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key demographics (ref:updazz.com)
