Job Description

1. Prepare/draft and respond to large and complex RFQs/RFPs for Warehouse Automation Systems, Airport Baggage Handling Systems, Conveyor Systems, ASRS Systems, Sortation Systems etc

2. Ability to understand current process of the user, bottlenecks, pain Points, operational numbers, key decision drivers and to deliver effective solution designs based on conceptual understanding of PLC systems and High Level Controls (IT software and servers)

The key responsibilities would include:

1. Working with the Sales Teams and Client Teams to collect project information and understand the current processes, bottlenecks and pain points of the client

2. Analyse data in spreadsheets to arrive at key design metrics and architect "Concept Solution" using company's product Line along with getting the concept validated with key stakeholders- both internal and external.

3. The role would also have responsibilities towards working with 2D/3D Layout designers to convert the "Concept Solution" to "Firm Design" and driving Throughput/ ROI calculations and Solution Costing.

4. The incumbent would be reviewing Techno-commercial proposals and supporting sales teams in Project Conversion by working closely with Project Delivery teams in delivering the solution.

1. A successful candidate would be a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from a Tier -1 university with approximately 15+ years of experience in "Solutions Design" in the Intralogistics industry

2. A successful candidate would possess entrepreneurial mindset and a zeal to take up responsibilties independently
