-Monitor and Ensure the Management Info Sys for the Maintenance department with the targets
-Monitor and Ensure Preventive plan for the month is as per target (Total Preventive Maint.)
-Ensure the all Breakdown are addressed and taken action immediately to avoid production issue.
-Monitor and Ensure the Indirect cost of Service and overall repair cost is below the target
-Monitor and establish the Environment Health Safety system throughout shop for tool and tackle ,MH equipment
-Conduct a minimum of 4 SLAM & 2 JSA per month
-Improve the unsafe conditions at shop floor and facility as per SLAM and reporting
-Ensure the new setup of machine and effective utilization of new machines
-Monitor performance of Mean Time To Repair and Mean Time Between Failure
-To improve and monitor energy management system in terms of consumptions
