Job Description






Roles and Responsibilities
  • 4 to 8 yr of experience in Sales and / or Training, from BFSI/LI industry with product knowledge.
Understand the company strategy, L&D organizational plans and how it dovetails with the associated business goals.
  • Gain perspective of how HO strategy can be blended with zonal and regional requirements.
  • Seek feedback from stakeholders periodically and pass it back to the HO team
  • Support and track monthly L & D actionable for all the regional units to achieve desired level of performance on capability development.

  • Implement training programs for all sales and non-sales channel as per the agreed L & D strategy in alignment to the business dynamics
  • Take ownership of learners coverage, learner certification escalating to designated personnel whenever needed
  • Partnering with ADD by giving field perspective during the design & development stage
  • Conduct regular meeting with the line leaderships in understanding their requirements, taking feedback etc.
  • Collaborate with ADD, by providing feedback post the rollout of ALL L & D programs
  • Allocate training resources effectively as per the verticalised structure
  • Take complete ownership for the success of all sales channels in all zones as per the agreed partnership KRAs

  • Sharing of zonal L & D scoreboard with stakeholders
  • Identify performance gaps corresponding to the agreed goals
  • Conduct performance review for all the regional training team mapped to the zones and Provide formal feedback based on performance
  • Determine specific causes for identified performance gaps
  • Help RTMs to develop plans for improving performance in the identified gap areas
  • Take ownership for the success of L&D (I) team in all the regions mapped to the zone
  • Build talent pipeline within the team by developing capability
  • Manage attrition of the all the regional training teams

  • To understand the different channel dynamics and Implement new methodologies as the L&D plan, to ensure faster reach out and make learning more effective.
  • Implementation of certification process, both for Trainers and Learners, as designed by HO team
  • Ensure overall amount by the I’ team in line with the zonal Budget.
  • Ensure highest level of process compliance through audit rating
  • Monitor and check, adequate resource utilization of the allocated training resources as per the verticalised structure. In the process ensure no idle capacity

  • Be looked at as an expert on Financial services and Insurance by the stakeholders and training team
  • Demonstrate excellent facilitation skills
  • Stay updated on latest trends and developments in the Life Insurance and Financial services space
  • Proper understanding of program design as created by the central team
  • Actively seek areas of knowledge to ensure team is on top of the learning curve
  • Endeavour to get certified in Learning & Development, MDP and Finance
