ABOUT THIS JOB
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Learning & Development professional to join the global Talent & Development team at Nielsen.
This individual will be responsible for designing and delivering a number of learning & development initiatives that enable our business and culture transformation. In addition to representing and contributing to enterprise-wide priorities to ensure a “one company” approach, the bulk of the role will be focused on tailoring content to scale and meet the local needs of our APMEA workforce.
This is a critical addition to the team that will provide a “glo-cal” lens to our learning & development initiatives across Nielsen. The Manager, Learning & Development must be strategic, knowledgeable in adult learning strategies, and skilled in delivering content for both in-person and virtual groups. The priorities will be determined in line with the Global Learning & Development Strategy and overall imperative to deliver solutions to develop leaders & people capabilities
