Job Description

• Develop & deliver need based training programs to Schenker & Contractual employees (hence referred to as target audience) across regions in Schenker India as per the training plan
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge & disseminate any new updates or requirements appropriately to the target audience
• Manage local, RHO, HO programs, Instructor Led Trainings and E-Learning training programs for Schenker employee.
• Program Management

• Conduct Training Need Analysis, identifying knowledge/skill gaps, customize or develop training modules & deliver the same
• Prepare training calendars, plan, organize workshops / seminars & impart trainings
• Monitor performance of target audience through analysis of key operations metrics, identify knowledge or skill gaps & address the same through training or coaching
• Develop and maintain up-to-date training and personal development plans for all staff
• Monitor training spends & ensure adherence to budgets
• MIS/Data Management

• Maintain the training MIS/LMS (local, RHO, HO) & keep it current & updated
• Periodically analyze MIS & report outcome for continuous improvement
• Responsible for producing reports & presenting at MBRs & internal reviews
• Vendor Management

• Source, identify & select appropriate vendor when required
• Responsible for negotiating agreements, SLA's & preferred pricing

• Monitor vendor performance on agreed SLA & ensure delivery as per agreed standards
• Personal Development

• Responsible for meeting training throughputs and Trainer's KPI's
• Maintain up-to-date records of all training delivered in personnel and electronic files
• Maintain own personal development with reference to training best practices in L&D

Requirements

Requirements

• 10-12 years of work experience in Soft Skill Training
• Minimum 10+ years in training delivery
• Experience in conducting Training Need Analysis, gap identification, content customization & training delivery
• Vendor Management and negotiations

Any Graduate, PG Diploma or Degree in Management (preferred)
