VP-Marketing- Ayurveda(OTC/D2C) - only from Ayurveda/Personal Care companies
Position Title: VP-Marketing -OTC & D2C
Reporting to: Head Sales & Marketing
Location: Bangalore
Qualification/Education: MBA
Responsibilities:
- Handling the overall marketing strategy & implementation for Ayurveda , Over the Counter channel (OTC) & D2C.
- Instrumental in creating a division - OTC. Created the Go to Market plan for launch of products successfully .
- Creating the annual brand plan, Sales & budget plan for the company
- Involved in corporate changeover for AVP & packaging design changeover for company
- Handling the ATL & BTL for the brands
- Public relations - Involved in corporate & brand level PR content development & releases
- Piloting the revamp old branches into Treatment centres with consultation & pharmacy
- Reviewing the business monthly & presenting a comprehensive report to the top management
- Develop and implement Marketing initiatives thru dedicated team in line with agreed short term business/brands objectives and secure alignments from relevant stake-holders for the medium term strategic direction of the Contemporary Ayurveda vertical.
