Vice President - Performance Marketing
Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute Performance Marketing Strategies: Design and implement performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels, including but not limited to PPC, SEO, social media advertising, email marketing, affiliate marketing, display advertising, and conversion rate optimisation.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of performance marketing specialists, providing guidance, support, and professional development to ensure the team\'s success.
- Data Analysis and Insights: Utilize data analytics tools and platforms to analyze campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing efforts continually.
- Budget Management: Oversee the performance marketing budget and allocate resources efficiently to achieve maximum ROI.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the creative, content, and design teams to develop compelling ad creatives, landing pages, and marketing assets that align with the overall marketing strategy.
- Testing and Experimentation: Lead A/B tests and other experimentation methods to optimize conversion rates and improve overall campaign performance.
- Marketing Technology: Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing tools and technologies, implementing them when appropriate to enhance marketing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports to senior management on performance metrics, campaign results, and strategic recommendations.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities and ensure a competitive edge.
- Campaign Optimization: Continuously refine and improve marketing campaigns based on data analysis, customer insights, and best practices to maximize ROI and achieve business goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role, ideally with a minimum of [X] years of leadership experience.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in using data analytics tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.
- In-depth knowledge of various digital marketing channels and best practices for each.
