Vice President - Digital Marketing

StockEdge - We are a Kolkata-based Fintech startup and one of India's finest stock research and data analytics providers through an application and a web-based platform with 2.5 Million plus users and Elearnmarkets - India's biggest financial market training platform with 1 Million plus learners.

Are you passionate about marketing? Do you love to do it your way? We need a marketing enthusiast who will lead all our marketing activities.

- Craft strategies for the entire marketing function.

- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and marketing campaigns

- Knowledge in CRO, ASO, Mobile marketing, marketing automation, CRM, and MMP.

- Understand consumer behavior, identify user segments & execute relevant marketing campaigns.

- Set up the processes to ensure consistency in communication across all marketing efforts.

- Prepare the budget for the marketing campaigns.

- Track and continuously improve performance against goals/objectives.

- Monitor competition in terms of customers. acquisition, retention, and monetization practices, pricing changes, new products, and features.

- Identify opportunities to reach new segments and expand market share.

- Hire, mentor, and train the team - on best marketing practices & latest innovations.

Requirement :

- Work experience as Head of Marketing preferably within the finance or fintech industry.

- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, and social media

- Experience running successful marketing campaigns.

- Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals.

- Analytical mind and experience of 8-10+ years.

- MBA in Marketing or relevant field Tier 1 B-school.
