Greetings from Headsource, BANGALORE! One of our Client,a fastest growing EMS companies in Western India is on search for VICE PRESIDENT-SALES & MARKETING EMS SECTOR. This is a high-visibility, high-impact, client-facing role with internal ownership of account management and business enablement. Responsible for meeting/exceeding sales goals as well as driving all sales-related initiatives for the company, the VP will build upon our already robust pipeline to match prospective clients with services that will best match their goals and drive results in the short and medium term. A proven leader and motivator that is entrepreneurial and hands on would find this role challenging and fulfilling. Key Skills Required :

  • Sales & marketing
  • EMS Knowledge (PCBA + Wire Harness + Box Build)
  • Verticals experience including Medical Electronics, Industrial, EV, Automotive, Railways
  • Experience in International Sales for EMEA/Asia

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Managing Sales function & Costing
  • Tracking client projects, resolving product issues and growing business accounts
  • Acting as interface between customer and internal CFT/PM team
  • Liaising with Sales team & PM to resolve critical customer issues
  • Updating weekly, monthly project status & sales reports
  • Discussions with diverse technical groups, spanning all organizational levels
  • Creating brand awareness via direct emailers & discussing requirement with new customers
  • Running Linked in campaign, target marketing & SEO (tracking the success of money spent)
  • Representing in trade shows & outdoor marketing
  • Planning and executing local & digital marketing activities to increase market penetration
  • Overlooking New Product Introduction once new project is awarded till it is transferred to Program Management
  • Must exhibit wonderful communication skills
Hours of Work : Monday - Friday. You may be required to be present for business meeting on Saturday Job Location : Flexible Travel : Travel would be an important aspect of this role, based on markets chosen and targeted prospect development and overall customer relationships Work Experience : \xe2\x80\xa2 At least 10+ years of experience required in Sales, Marketing & Business Development
  • Experience in Manufacturing services is must preferably in EMS (PCBA + Wire Harness + Box Build)
  • Proven experience in sales and customer service (Preferably Electronics Manufacturing Industry)
  • Experience in managing and acquiring export customers
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong management and leadership skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills
Qualifications : - Masters Degree in marketing, or related field is must. - Degree in Electronics Engineering would be preferred.
